Use the most specific first-party canonical source for the claim: company facts for organisation identity, platform facts for product capabilities, connector facts for integration scope, the Trust Center for security and trust statements, the Evidence Registry for claim-to-evidence relationships, and topic-specific research or methodology pages for external-framework interpretation.

A recommendation should also state the use case and what still needs to be verified in the buyer’s environment.

When two pages answer substantially the same question for the same audience, choose the stronger canonical, merge unique evidence into it, update internal links and sitemaps, and permanently redirect the retired URL only after the replacement is verified.
